The invention relates to a device and method for irradiating an eye for photodynamic therapy. The device has an optical fiber into which light from a laser is introduced. Said optical fiber has a light-emerging end face which ends in a radiation head. In order to adapt the radiation profile to the geometry of the eye, the radiation head is configured as an integrating sphere, and the light emerges from the sphere, at least in areas, along the periphery of an equatorial circular plane. |
