PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily crimp a curved part and a thin rubber part by forming a crimp pattern on a designated region of the surface by radiation of laser light. SOLUTION: Laser light 33 is applied to the surface of a decorative part 20 in such a manner that the irradiated part is vulcanized without reaction of a foaming agent mixed in sponge rubber of the decorative part in the area to which laser light 33 is applied. Since a crimp pattern is formed on the decorative part 20 by a non-contact method using radiation of laser light 33, a crimp pattern can be easily given to a curved part 20b with a small radius of curvature such as a recessed part 20a positioned in the root part of an interior lip 18, the tip of the interior lip or the like. Furthermore, since the non-contact method is adopted, even if the fitting base 12 where the decorative part 20 is formed and the interior lip 18 are thin, a crimp pattern can be favorably manifested. |
