PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of exhibiting effects such as no emission of a harmful gas in incineration, no damage to an incinerator in refuse disposal by incineration, prevention of an environmental pollution, etc., by using both a specific olefin-based copolymer and an inorganic mixture. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by mixing (A) 100 pts.wt. of an olefin-based copolymer having a molecular structure preferably of the formula (R is an alkyl having the number of carbons made by subtracting 2 from the number of carbons constituting anα-olefin; (n) and (m) are each a repeating number of an integer), 0.85-0.91 g/cm<3> density and 0.5-20 g/10 minutes melt index with (B) 10-300 pts.wt. of an inorganic mixture (preferably calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, etc.). The composition is processed by a calender processing, etc., to form a resin layer, which is laminated to one side of one substrate of paper, woven fabric, knitted fabric or nonwoven fabric and integrated to give a decorative sheet improved in flexibility and excellent in handle and design.
