PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vinyl chloride, resin compsn. for powder molding which can give a lightweight molded article by compounding a vinyl chloride-based resin contg. a plasticizer dry-blended thereinto with a specified amt. of fine hollow glass spheres. SOLUTION: This resin compsn. is prepd. by compounding a vinyl chloride- based resin contg. a plasticizer dry-blended thereinto with fine hollow glass spheres in an amt. of 5-50 wt.% of the resin. A commercially available vinyl chloride-based resin can be used, and its average degree of polymn. is pref. 700-1,300. A plasticizer can be used without any limitation and is used in an amt. of about 20-100 wt.% of the resin. Silica balloons, shirasu balloons, or glass balloons having particle sizes of 5-500μm and an average particle size of 30-80μm are pref. Pref., the powder flowability of the compsn. is improved by attaching a vinyl chloride paste resin to the surface of the vinyl chloride resin dry-blended with the plasticizer. |
