PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blur detector and a deblurring camera which are capable of accurate deblurring while reducing computing errors. SOLUTION: A reference computing part computes a reference signal which is almost parallel to a drift component involved in an angular velocity signalω(t), as shown in (A). A difference computing part computes the difference between the angular velocity signalω(t) and the reference signal, as shown in (B), and outputs a corrected angular velocity signalω2 (t). A criterial level computing part computes a histogram on the basis of the corrected angular velocity signalω2 (t) as shown in (C), and sets as a criterial level a selection area whose center coincides with the peak value of the histogram, as shown in (D). A data selecting part selects an angular velocity signalω(t) corresponding to the corrected angular velocity signalω2 (t) which is within the range of the criterial level. A selected data processing part computes the reference valueω0 of deburring control on the basis of the angular velocity data selected by the data selecting part.
