PURPOSE: Provided is a system for manufacturing fertilizer by using food wastes and kinds of night soils, which can serve organic fertilizer or feed and prevent environment pollution by recycling the waste materials. CONSTITUTION: The system includes a food waste processing device where kinds of food wastes are put in and treated, a night-soil processing device placed next to the food waste processing device, a wastewater disposal device purifying kinds of wastewater generated from the food waste and the night-soil processing devices, an incineration device(C) removing waste vinyl or kinds of adulterate materials produced from the processing devices selectively and burning up the wastes, a dewatering device(31) dehydrating the waste materials, an air supply device(49) providing air to the dried food waste and night soil particles with microorganism removed to a compost fermenting chamber(34), a compost stirring device(35) mixing the waste materials to be fermented, and a fertilizer moving conveyor(36) and an adulteration removal device(37) for sorting out the resulting waste materials.
