PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate a floor mat without strain when a seat cushion is rotated in the arrangement of a chain of floor mats arranged between the lower face of the seat cushion and a floor panel in the case of rotating the seat cushion of a seat to make the lower face of the seat cushion almost flush with the floor panel to thereby enlarge a load placing plane. SOLUTION: The floor mat 15 is curved and reversed on the front part lower side of the seat cushion 5, and this part is fitted to the lower part of the seat cushion 5 through a connection part. It is so constituted that the floor mat 15 can be displaced relatively to the seat cushion 5 at the fitting part, that is, at the connection part.
