PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a passageway for a heat medium while maintaining the strength of the cavity, thereby obtain a resin molding die with improved durability. SOLUTION: A recessed part 33 is formed in a mold body 31 in such a way that the bottom 33h of the recessed part 33 is close to a cavity 50 and a sintered metal layer 34 is formed in the recessed part 33 of the mold body 31. Next, the recessed part 33 is blocked by a lid member 35 and finally a medium for cooling or a heat medium (not illustrated) as a medium for heating is circulated through the sintered metal layer 34.
