PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold rolling method having excellent dimensional accuracy for rolling a steel tube with a cold Pilger mill. SOLUTION: In rolling the steel tube with the cold Pilger mill by this cold rolling method having excellent dimensional accuracy, the jet of lubricating oil is stopped simultaneously with the machine stop for charging a base tube and jetting the lubricating oil is resumed at a fixed period after charging the base tube and starting feeding so as to suppress the shrinkage of a die and improve the dimension of the outside diameter of a press-elongated tube.
