<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-handle plasma display panel, where full evacuation and removal of impurities are easily achieved for obtaining uniform discharging characteristics in each part in a display area and injecting of a discharge gas can be performed easily, and where an exhaust pipe and a getter pipe readily manufactured are provided. SOLUTION: A plurality of exhaust holes 3 are provided on a back substrate 2 for performing evacuating of impurities and injecting of the discharge gas in a discharge space formed by arranging a front substrate 1 and the back substrate 2 to be faced with each other, so that the discharging holes do not overlap with data electrodes 5 for separating upper and a lower screens. A tunnel-shaped exhaust pipe 4 is provided so as to cover the plurality of exhaust holes 3.</p> |
