<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of offering convenient living by using an artificial heat source in addition to natural energy even in a cold season when air temperature is low in addition to an exterior wall construction having coated piping and insulation thereby suppressing a local drop in insulation performance of the exterior wall. SOLUTION: This building is equipped with one or plural indoor heat source machines A1 and A2 for supplying heat generated by the machines to the rooms, and at least one of the machines (A2) is arranged so as to supply heat to an underfloor space 17 shielded from outside air. Also, the exterior wall construction 5 comprises exterior wall finish, interior wall finish plus an insulating material 4 (41 to 43) filled between the exterior and interior finishes. At the inner wall side of the insulating material 4 (41 to 43), a piping space 13 for piping the covered pipe 6 is provided and this covered pipe 6 is embedded in the insulating material 4 (41 to 43) and laid through the wall.</p> |
