APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING CORROSION AND FOR NEUTRALIZING METAL STRUCTURE OF CONDENSING GAS BOILER

PURPOSE: A corrosion prevention and neutralization device of metal structure for a condensing gas boiler is provided to reduce environmental pollution by preventing the metal structure of a condensing gas boiler from corroding due to acid elements of exhaust gas and by neutralizing the acid elements. CONSTITUTION: A corrosion prevention and neutralization device of metal structure for a condensing gas boiler consists of: a control unit(154) receiving input signals from an indoor thermostat operated by a user and detecting the actually changing working states of a boiler; a water supply valve(152) for feeding neutralization water; a reducing valve lowering high pressure into low pressure; a neutralizer feeder(151) for supplying a neutralizer between the reducing valve and the water supply valve; metal structure contacted with condensate; and a pipe(153) connected with the metal structure. A neutralizer distilled in water is fed to the metal structure contacted with acid condensate. Thereby, the metal structure is prevented from corroding. In addition, environmental pollution is reduced as the neutralized water is drained through a drain port.
