<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge which can be filled with a content without including air as quickly and simply as possible, has a superior barrier property against moisture, and does not deform under transfer pressure to retain high mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: According to the cartridge, a seal piston 1 has an outline size slightly smaller than the size of the inner wall 3 of the cartridge, which keeps open an air vent opening between the seal piston 1 and the cartridge inner wall 3.
