<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell having high moldability even if the ratio of a carbon material in a conductive composition is high while satisfying performance required for conductivity and mechanical strength; and to provide a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This application is related to this separator for a fuel cell formed by molding a conductive composition containing, as main constituents, a conductive material (A) containing a specific quantity of conductive material having a particle diameter below 90 μm, a resin (B) such as a thermosetting resin, and a polyvalent metal complex (C) such as aluminum alcohorate or aluminum chelate.
