The present invention is directed to a shaver assembly which provides add ed convenience, and allows for a closer shave with added protection from nicks and cuts and razor burn. The shaver assembly provides a shaver head and a handle connecte d by a pivot point. The pivot point allows the head to rotate radially about an axis in line with the handle. The pivot point also allows the head to pivot axially about an axis perpendicular to the axis in-line with the handle. A swivel stop is provided on either the shaver head or the handle to restrict radially rotation of the shaver head about the axis in-line with th e handle. The handle is telescopic to allow for easier and more convenient use by pregnant women, persons with disabilities, persons recovering from injury and the like.
