<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption required for processing of receiving a control channel. <P>SOLUTION: A control channel receiving part 110 performs receiving processing (down-converting, A/D conversion, demodulation, etc., ) with respect to all control channels. Also, the control channel receiving part 110 stops the receiving processing for a control channel with no control information included according to control by a control part 160. The control part 160 controls the control channel receiving part 110 and stops receiving processing for a control channel determined not to include the control information as a result of comparison by a comparing part 190. A threshold calculating part 170 calculates a threshold for determining whether to include the control information in the control channel on the basis of receiving power of a control channel to a self-device.
