METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOLLOW INORGANIC PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a hollow inorganic panel without collapsing the hollow hole part of a hollow inorganic original panel when an uneven pattern is formed on the surface of the extrusion molded hollow inorganic original panel. SOLUTION: The flat panel-shaped hollow inorganic original panel having a continuous hollow hole part therein is extrusion-molded by an extrusion molding machine using a molding material based on a hydraulic material and steam is subsequently discharged into the hollow hole part of the extursion-molded hollow inorganic orignal panel to thermally cure a hollow hole inner peripheral body part. Subsequently, an uneven pattern is formed on the surface of the hollow inorganic original panel wherein the hollow hole inner peripheral body part is cured thermally by press forming to age and cure the whole of the press-formed hollow inorganic original panel.
