<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table device for sufficiently satisfying the whole requests for axial and radial run-out accuracy, high resolution, a thin type, and the realization of a medium-large size. <P>SOLUTION: This rotary table device has a guide device and a rotary table mounted on the guide device. The guide device comprises a ring-shaped integral rail 11 having no discontinuous part in the advancing direction, and a plurality of guide blocks 12 installed on the rail 11 from an opposed surface, and joins an opposite side surface of the opposed surface of the rail 11 to an under surface of the rotary table 14. The rail 11 is formed in a cross-sectional L shape having a cross section having a vertical part and a horizontal part extending in the radial direction of the rotary table on the vertical part upper end.
