PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the setting of a reference position of a one-turn electric valve that is controlled from a full-closed position to a full-open position in a range wherein a rotor rotates one time. SOLUTION: A stem 40 firmly fixed to a valve body 10 having a valve seat 14 comprises a female screw to which a made screw of a valve shaft 50 is screwed. The rotor 100 comprises a protrusion part 140 that abuts on a stopper 72 at a fixing side, an opening 130 inserted with a key larger than the protrusion part in width, and an arc-shaped groove 132. After making the the protrusion part 140 of the rotor 100 abut on the stopper 72 in a state that the valve shaft 50 is brought into the full-closed position L<SB>0</SB>, the rotor 100 is rotated in a valve opening direction, and a key member is inserted into the arc-shaped groove 132. A minute lift that corresponds to a phase difference between the end face of the key member and the end face of the protrusion part 140 is set as the reference position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
