A rechargeable safety tripod for a vehicle is provided to prevent an accident by improving an installation position and a blinking structure thereof. A main frame(2), a first auxiliary frame(3), and a second auxiliary frame(4) are used for forming each side of a triangle. A socket(14) is formed in the inside of the main frame and the first and second auxiliary frames in order to receive two fuse type bulbs(12) of 5W. A red plate(13) is formed in a front part of the main frame and the first and second auxiliary frames. The main frame and a tripod battery(1) are formed with one body. The main frame is connected to the first auxiliary frame by using a link pin(10) in order to rotate the first auxiliary frame between 0 to 60 degrees.
