FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, technique used for performing recreative or recovery exercises, as well as for remedial gymnastics or sports. ^ SUBSTANCE: exerciser has frame with base, platform positioned on base, additional platform and at least one hand support. Platform or additional platform is made in the form of leg supports connected for rotation in conjunction with base. Base is mounted on frame for rotation or for rotation and fixation and is connected with means for creating and/or adjustment of working load. Distance between center of rotation of platform and center of rotation of additional platform is 200-600 mm.
