FIELD: hygiene, in particular, stimulation for accelerated habituation of baby to toilet. ^ SUBSTANCE: absorbing article such as panties has outer covering, layer adjoining user's body and at least partly joined to outer covering, and absorbing pad arranged between outer covering and layer, at the side adjoining user's body. Absorbing pad is made 2 mm thick. Outer covering, layer adjoining user's body, absorbing pad and any of additional layers between outer covering and said layer have total thickness less than 3 mm. Absorbing article has absorbency of from about 30 g to about 400 g to enable slow absorption of liquid, collecting of liquid into single mass and retention of liquid blocked within absorbing pad. Absorbing article provides for substantial liquid distribution with the result that substantial moistened area is formed. Each of said features allows user to realize that absorbing article such as panties is completely filled with liquid.
