PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide natural mouton which has such an enhanced function as to allow a beneficial fluid containing a health supplement component such as ozone, heat, a minus ion or moisture to pass from a health supplement device disposed on the side of the hypodermal layer through the skin part. SOLUTION: The natural mouton comprises laminating a wool part 8 where wool hairs are densely present with a skin part 7 consisting of an epidermal layer, an uppermost dermal layer, and a hypodermal layer, and is provided with a plurality of through-holes 22 penetrating through the skin part 7 and formed by making cuttings in the skin part 7 by pushing a sharp-edged cutting tool 30 from the side of the hypodermal layer 6.
