PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire, its manufacturing method and a carcass cord supply device capable of increasing the number of carcass cords without increasing the weight and thickness dimension. SOLUTION: A carcass layer 4 is formed by folding back the end portion of part of the carcass cords 11 from the periphery of a bead part 3 to outside in the tire width direction and positioning the end portions of the other carcass cords 11 inside the tire width direction of the bead part 3. Thus, the number of the carcass cords 11 in the carcass folding back position TU of the bead part 3 can be halved with respect to a tread part 1 and side wall parts 2, and the number of the carcass cords 11 in the tread part 1 and side wall part 2 sides can be increased. Due to this structure, since the carcass cords 11 in the tread part 1 and side wall pars 2 can be arranged with high density, the weight and thick dimension can be reduced.
