PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a long counting time is required and many counting errors occur because work overlap occurs due to properties belonging to a counting sensor in the case of the existing quantitative counting machine. SOLUTION: One roller of one side of two parallel rollers is a spiral convex roller, the other roller is a flat roller, and the two rollers are rotated in parallel, so that work can be subjected to smooth pitch separation feeding, and as a result, versatility is improved and counting time is shortened regardless of shape, low-speed rotation feeding is used in quantitative counting on this side by several pieces, the accuracy of the quantitative counting is enhanced, and the pitches of spiral convex are gradually changed larger to thereby obtain large pitch separation feeding between works, providing a stabler counting machine with high accuracy.
