PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security device, method and program, issuing a warning only to a suspicious person. SOLUTION: A person detecting part 103 detects a person, based on image information imaged by a monitoring camera 101, and reference image information stored in a reference image storage part 120, a detection area determining part 104 determines that the person is detected in any detection area of the detection area, based on the person detected by the person detecting part 103, and the detection area stored in a detection area database 130, and a suspicious person determining part 107 determines whether the person is the suspicious person or not, based on the detection area determined by the detection area determining part 104, and notifies the presence of the suspicious person, by a speaker 109 or an indicator lamp 110, when the person is determined as the suspicious person.
