<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible connection terminal usable in a high-temperature environment which exceeds 800°C, at low manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible connecting terminal has a plurality of rectangular-shaped Ni plates, laminated and integrated near terminal holes formed at both end parts. It is preferable that the side faces near the terminal holes be integrally jointed and integrated. Ni purity of the respective Ni plates is to be ≥95%, a Vickers hardness is to be ≥Hv 30 and ≤Hv 140, and the thickness is to be ≥0.1 mm and ≤0.35 mm.
