FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of blank from layers of wood fiber of fine fractions, blank bending together with gluing, paneling, layers gluing to each other is done under pressure. In process of gluing and bending, high frequency currents are used in interval of 4.5-6 MHz perpendicular to glue lines, blank is maintained under pressure of 170-180 kgf/cm2 for 8-10 min, at that initial humidity of base layers makes 6-10%, gluing is done by glue of Cascorit 1206 or 1224 or 1274 brands, thickness of blank layers is defined in the range from 2.5 to 4 mm, number of layers makes 5-16 pcs. Glue application is done at the temperature of 20C and relative humidity of 45-70%. Invention provides for manufacture of furniture flexure from MDF (medium density fibreboard) with curvature radiuses from eighty to eight thousand millimeters. ^ EFFECT: lower deformation index of flexure, improved quality and efficiency. ^ 5 cl |
