FIELD: engineering of electric arc-producing equipment, possible use for producing highly stabilized arcs. ^ SUBSTANCE: electrode unit contains base, on which electric holders of plate electrodes, positioned in parallel, are held, one of them being mounted with possible movement in axial direction. Unit is provided with U-shaped board, base is L-shaped, in cut shelf of base one of electric holders with dielectric handle and axial aperture is mounted, tightening screws being located in aforementioned axial aperture. Another electric holder with isolating handle is mounted on the axis of U-shaped board and provided with return spring and limiting screw. U-shaped board is held on carriage, moveable in recess of L-shaped base by means of controlling screw. ^ EFFECT: preserved consistency of time characteristics of electric arc and selected parameters. |
