摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noodles remarkably shortening the boiling time thereof from that of non-grooved noodles and by no means inferior in appearance, taste and texture after cooking to the non-grooved noodles. <P>SOLUTION: The noodles have 1.2-3.0 mm maximum diameter of the cross section of noodle strips and the major outer shape thereof which is a circular arc of a circle or an ellipse.
