<p>A short dust briquette for steel manufacturing and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture short dust bracket with proper content at low cost and to ensure enough bonding strength of briquette. A short dust briquette for steel manufacturing contains short dust of 75~93wt.%, organic binder of 2~12wt.%, inorganic binder of 2~12wt.%, and ferrous metal particle of 1~15wt.%. The organic binder contains at least one of potato starch, corn starch, molasse and coconut palm wax. The ferrous metal particle is the chip by-product generated in at least one of cutting, grinding, and turning processes.</p> |
