<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device in which a heater can be heated same as a conventional one by making the capacity of an electric double layer capacitor small. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heater device 10 is provided with a heater 12, an electric double layer capacitor 14, a tap 16 suitable for the heater 12, and switches S1, S2, S3 suitable for the tap 16. By switching over the switches S1, S2, S3 connected to the tap 16, resistance value of the heater 12 is adjusted.
