<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin preparation for external use containing a hardly dissolvable substance such as a ceramide, CoQ10, carotenoids, etc., being stable, having a high freedom and suitable for the skin preparation for external use, and further a cosmetic composition, quasi-drug composition, medical supply composition, hygienic material composition and medicinal composition containing the above cosmetic composition, and also a cosmetic, quasi-drug, medical material, hygienic material and medicine, containing the above composition. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition is characterized by containing a biosurfactant and the hardly dissolvable substance, especially the ceramide, coenzyme Q10 and carotenoids in order to provide the skin preparation for external use, containing the hardly dissolvable substance such as the ceramide, CoQ10, etc., being stable and having the high freedom.
