METHOD OF DIAGNOSING MEASURING SENSOR

FIELD: measuring equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of diagnostics of measuring sensors. Proposed method consists in fact that signal from output of tested sensor is compared with reference typical signals. At that, physical value, measured by means of tested sensor is measured by at least three sensors, carrying out different measurement methods. Then for each pair of sensors criterion checking hypothesis on equal distribution centres of two independent samples is calculated, consisting of multiple measurements results physical quantity. Obtained value is compared with specified criterion value, and in presence of significant difference in readings of pair of sensors, conclusion is made on presence of sensor metrological failure.EFFECT: high metrological reliability and accuracy of diagnostics results of measurement sensors.1 cl
