<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing with a sensor, which is applicable to an outer ring rotation bearing used for a belt driving such as a bearing of an electromagnetic clutch for a car air-conditioner, etc., capable of being detected for a rotation signal for detecting the slippage of the belt, dispensing with a setting space for a rotating sensor dedicated for the rotating sensor, miniaturizing, light-weighting, simplifying, and mounting facilitating of the equipment using the bearing. <P>SOLUTION: An anti-friction bearing used for the drive with the belt 7 is provided with an inner ring 21, an outer ring 22, a rolling element 23, and a rotating sensor 30 to detect a relative rotation between inner and outer ring 21, 22. The outer ring 22 of the bearing 1 with the sensor is fastened to a rotating member 6 wound with the belt to make the pulley 4.
