The method involves anchoring first and second sets of reinforcing strips (2, 3) by zones respectively on end zones of construction structure. A third set of reinforcing strips (4) comprising one of the strips from the first set and one of the strips from the second set is tensioned by a spacer (5a) exerting reaction forces (R2-R4) simultaneously on zones on the reinforcing strips of an assembly, where the forces exerted by the spacer move away the zones of the strips of the first set or zones of strips of the second set. |
