The present invention relates to an anti-static coating composition which is eco-friendly, has a uniform anti-static function and excellent thermal stability, and still keeps uniform anti-static function and excellent thermal stability even after a molding process. The present invention further relates to a biodegradable anti-static sheet using the same and a molded article. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the anti-static coating composition having the uniform anti-static function and excellent thermal stability includes an acrylic copolymer and sucrose fatty acid ester.
