The present invention relates to a barrier panel which selectively blocks light from an image panel which displays a left-eye image and a right-eye image. The present invention provides a barrier panel and a stereoscopic image display device. The barrier panel includes a liquid crystal layer, a reference electrode located in the upper part of the liquid crystal layer, and driving electrode channels which are located in the lower part of the liquid crystal layer and are individually driven. So, display quality can be improved. |
