The present invention provides a data driver capable of minimizing switching noises of a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and a brightness variation of a horizontal line shape, and a display device including the same. According to the present invention, the data driver comprises: a bit inverter inverting a logic level of a part of bits included in input digital video data into the opposite value to an input value to generate modulated data; multiple level shifters corresponding to each bit of the modulated data one by one, outputting a high level switching control signal through a first output terminal when the corresponding bit is inputted at a high logic level, and outputting the high level switching control signal through a second output terminal when the corresponding bit is inputted at a low logic level; and a DAC including a gamma resistor string branching power voltage as much as the number of gradation, and multiple switch pairs selectively turned on depending on the high level switching control signal to transfer voltages branched from the gamma resistor string to an output buffer. Each switch pair includes a first and a second switch neighboring each other to output first and second branching voltage, respectively. |
