According to the present invention, the apparatus to output Web content comprises: a device analyzing unit to check the device information; an entity extracting unit to extract entities in a Web document and to divide the extracted entities into one or more sub-entities with a low importance and a main entity other than the sub-entities in the Web document; and a rendering engine to render and output the Web document. The rendering engine performs rendering for an area including the main entity when the checked device information comes under a predetermined one. The present invention provides an apparatus and a method to output Web content to prevent rendering performance from decreasing in some operating systems when a Web document is output through a Web browser.
