The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a polyamide composite material, comprising the steps of: (S1) manufacturing a fiber-reinforced and impregnated product by impregnating and laminating a non-polymerization mixed composition, comprising lactam with carbon numbers 4 to 12, an anionic catalyst, and an activation agent, wherein the activation agent is mixed with 3 : 1 to 1 : 1 of aliphatic isocyanate having at least two isocyanate groups and alicyclic isocyanate; and (S2) elevating the temperature of the fiber-reinforced and impregnated product at the temperature of 130-160°C and performing a polymerization reaction of the non-polymerization mixed composition. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method can reduce processing time, and has excellent impregnation efficiency. |
