<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary foreign matter removing device which has a simple configuration, can easily remove foreign matters and keratin from a pertinent part without damaging parts other than the portion desired to remove the foreign matters and the keratin and can easily regenerate used particles, and to provide a foreign matter removing system. <P>SOLUTION: The foreign matter removing device is provided with a container 11 accommodating a particle layer 12 inside and an air dispersing plate 13 arranged at the lower part of the particle layer inside the container 11 for blowing a gas. By blowing the gas from the air dispersing plate 13 to the particle layer, a fluidized layer with a boundary at an upper part is formed. By exposing a part (foot 19) of a human body to the inside or a surface layer part of the fluidized layer, the keratin and foreign matters on the skin surface of the foot 19 are removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
