A computer system comprising: at least one host computer having a node port; and a plurality of storage apparatuses, each of the storage apparatuses having a node port, the at least one host computer and the plurality of storage apparatuses coupled via a fabric, wherein the plurality of storage apparatuses comprise a first storage apparatus and a second storage apparatus, and wherein, prior to changing an access target from the first storage apparatus to the second storage apparatus for sending an I/O request to a logical volume, the second storage apparatus is configured to: acquire, directly or indirectly from the first storage apparatus, a host group information, which denotes a relationship between at least one port identifier of the at least one host computer and a logical unit identifier of the logical volume inside the first storage apparatus; create, based on the host group information in the first storage apparatus, zone information for defining one of the at least one port identifier of the at least one host computer that is able to access a port identifier of the second storage apparatus; and register the created zone information in the fabric.
