Disclosed is a method, a system, and a recording medium for providing a quick menu and related contents on an idle screen. The method for providing service comprises: a step of displaying a floating menu in which at least one shortcut menu is configured as a submenu on an idle screen of a user terminal; and a step of adding a menu of a certain theme for providing contents of various themes related to each time zone in a region related to the floating menu.
