PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling treatment method for a selected soil extracted from an earth and sand-based mixed waste, needing no solid-liquid separation process, capable of enhancing fluorine-insolubilization performance for a phosphoric acid-containing compound without causing a water discharge problem even in an industrial scale treatment, and capable of recycling the selected soil even in coexistence of fluorine and hexavalent chrome in the selected soil extracted from the above waste, and to provide a recycling treatment material suitably used for the recycling treatment method.SOLUTION: There are provided a recycling treatment method for a selected soil extracted from an earth and sand-based mixed waste, and a recycling treatment material. The method includes: a selected soil extraction process of extracting the selected soil from the earth and sand-based mixed waste; a phosphoric acid-containing compound treatment process of preparing a recycling treatment material by leaving a phosphoric acid-containing compound under the prescribed temperature and moisture conditions for a certain time; a fluorine insolubilization process of curing a water-added mixture prepared by adding the above treatment material to the selected soil and further adding water; and according to needs, a recycling auxiliary material addition process of further adding a bivalent iron compound and a humic substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
