PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor capable of preventing foreign matter from being pinched in a gap between a skirt guard and a staircase.SOLUTION: Pinched-state prevention pieces 64 are protruded toward a footstep 30 from a pair of right and left skirt guards 44 provided on both the right and left sides of the footstep 30 traveling in a longitudinal direction, respectively. The pinched-state prevention piece 64 has a maximum protrusion 641 that assumes a curved shape, and an extension part 642 that is extended to smoothly become smaller along the longitudinal direction from front and rear parts of the maximum protrusion 641.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
