CONCRETE INSTALLATION HEIGHT CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete installation height control method capable of efficiently finishing a top face of installed concrete at an accurate height.SOLUTION: At least three reference points 1f with a known offset distance between each other around a top face of a region to which concrete is installed is disposed. Pictures are shot by a digital camera 2 from two different positions so that these reference points appear in the pictures. Respective shooting positions are identified from the reference points shot on the pictures. Concrete is installed and the top face is leveled, while the top face of the installed concrete is photographed from two different positions and a top face position that is the top face height is calculated by a computer 3 based on the pictures. This position is compared with a set planned finish surface and a position corresponding to the top face of the installed concrete is projected by a projection device 5 so that positions higher or lower than the calculated height of the top face can be identified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
