LICENSE MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR MAINTENANCE SUPPORT CONTRACT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a license management method for maintenance support contract capable of limiting the use of a service only to owners of software within the license number of a maintenance support contract, and facilitating the acquirement/management of a software update program on a user side. SOLUTION: The software update program with license check function having a license key and maintenance support contact information is used to confirm that the license of the software to be supported for maintenance is fair, and the software update program is then executed.
