The device has an anti-eroding base (1) composed of a horizontal hexagonal plate (4) with vertical posts (5) fixed on it. A floating compartment (2) has perforations with temporary partitions (7). A partition cover (3) has another horizontal hexagonal plate under which vertical plates are fixed. The vertical plates carry horizontal plates that partition inner space of the compartment and create an organized baffle system.
