PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a measurement system for performing operation of physical quantity of a measurement sample precisely by extracting measurement data having close sampling timing as much as possible from each sensor unit without performing synchronization processing.SOLUTION: In a measurement system that is configured to include at least two measurement systems for performing data sampling at a predetermined period each and to perform operation of physical quantity of a measurement sample based on the measurement data of the measurement systems, a sampling period Ta of the first measurement system is set longer (a'>>>b') than the sampling period Ta of the second measurement system, and measurement data at sampling timing of the second measurement system closest to the sampling timing of the first measurement system after the last operation is used in operation of the physical quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
